Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Well - I've been down with the stomach flu for the last 4 days.  I guess I caught whatever Russ and Jarod had while I was in Illinois.  It hit me hard and strong, eased off for a few hours making me think I was doing better, and then hit me with a 2nd round for two more days!  I'm home from church today and finally feeling strong enough to sit at the computer so I thought I would catch up on my blogs.  Let's start with the Disney trip!

We waited until we were in our room to let the kids know what we were doing that night!  They were quite excited!  Not sure what is up with the peace signs - but whatever!

The first thing we did was buy Anne a Santa Minnie Hat.  Jarod has had his for years and she wanted one to match.  You can't see the mickey ears attached because it's dark - but trust me - they are there.

They were having a Dance Party sponsored by the "Ladies Tremane" from Cinderella.  We took Anne over to dance with them but she wouldn't do it.  Usually she jumps right into this kind of stuff so I asked her why and she said, "I don't want to dance with them.  I don't like them - they are mean!"  Ha!!!!  They couldn't fool her!

We stopped in for some Hot Chocolate and Cookies and found this perfect Florida Photo Op!

We watched several live Christmas shows - quite fun!

Of course, this was my favorite!  200,000 lights on Cinderella's Castle!  OOOOHHHHH!

More Christmas Shows - I thought the Snow Man was way cute!

Disney does everything Top Notch!

We visited Downtown Disney for some shopping.  These Mickey Heads were kicking like the Rockettes!

We can't leave out our visit with Santa.

We went to the Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights at Hollywood Studios.  Over 5 MILLION lights synchronized to Christmas music!  AWESOME!

We visited EPCOT and bought fresh Gingerbread Cookies from a lady inside of this REAL Gingerbread house!  It's smelled so yummy!

Looks like a great Christmas Card!  What do you think?

We had a wonderful weekend and are excited to go back.  We return in January to celebrate Anne's 5th birthday!  We have a HUGE surprise planned for her - can't wait!!!!!
